1. Regularly clean the probe of vortex flowmeter to avoid that the detection hole of individual probe has been blocked by dirt, or even wrapped in plastic sheet, affecting the normal measurement.
2. Periodically check the grounding and shielding conditions to eliminate external interference. Sometimes the indication problem is due to interference.
3. Carry out daily protection for the use of the flow meter, protect the lining of the flow meter, and reduce the contact of oil substances, avoid affecting the insulation lining of the flow meter, and avoid hard bruising damage to the surface finish.
4. If the installation environment of vortex flowmeter is humid, the probe should be dried once regularly or treated with moisture-proof. Because the probe itself is not treated with moisture-proof, the operation will be affected by moisture.
5. In order to ensure the accuracy and stability of the flow meter, it is necessary to verify or calibrate it within a period of time (generally one year).
