The pipe segment ultrasonic flowmeter is the ultrasonic sensor (commonly known as the probe) accurately installed on the pipe section of different specifications and standards, the pipe section and the probe are integrated into one, and the secondary instrument constitutes a measuring instrument. It is composed of ultrasonic sensor and instrument (converter), the sensor is installed on the measured pipe section, and the instrument and sensor are connected by ultrasonic special twisted pair shielded signal cable.
The advantages of tubular ultrasonic flowmeter mainly have the following four points:
1. Pipe segment type ultrasonic flowmeter is a non-contact measuring instrument, which can be used to measure the fluid flow and large pipe runoff that are not easy to contact and observe. It does not change the flow state of the fluid, does not produce pressure loss, and is easy to install;
2. Can measure the flow of highly corrosive media and non-conductive media;
3. The ultrasonic flowmeter has a large measuring range, and the pipe diameter ranges from 20mm-5m;
4. Pipe segment ultrasonic flowmeter can measure a variety of liquid and sewage flow.
