1. Check the on-site device of vortex flowmeter before the end of power and flow
① The flange, valve, pressure hole, temperature hole and joint on the main pipe and bypass pipe should have no leakage;
② Whether the oscillation condition of the pipeline conforms to the rules of the explanatory book;
③ Is the sensor device correct? Is the electrical connection of each part good?
2. Power on for static debugging
When the power is blocked, the converter should have no output, the instantaneous flow indication is zero, and the cumulative flow does not change, otherwise the first thing to see is whether the signal line is shielded or poorly grounded, or the pipeline sensation is strong and the introduction of disturbing signals. If it is confirmed that this is not the case, the potentiometer in the converter can be adjusted to reduce the amplifier gain or increase the shaping circuit trigger level until the output is zero.
3. On the active state debugging
Close the bypass valve, open the upstream and downstream valves, and after stable activity, the converter outputs continuous pulse with uniform pulse width, the flow indication is stable and no jump, adjust the valve opening, and the output changes accordingly. Otherwise, the potentiometer should be thoroughly reviewed and adjusted until the output of the instrument is both correctly triggered and no leakage pulse.
