The pipeline ultrasonic flow meter can cyclically display cumulative flow, cumulative heat, instantaneous flow, instantaneous heat, supply and return water temperature, current temperature difference, fault operation time, working status, date, and time. It is an ideal flow measurement instrument for production monitoring, water balance commissioning, heat network balance commissioning, and energy-saving monitoring.

Selection of Pipeline Ultrasonic Flow Meter Installation Location:

The selection of the installation pipe section has a significant impact on test accuracy. The selected pipe section should avoid interference sources and eddies, both of which greatly affect measurement accuracy. Generally, the selected pipe section should meet the following conditions:

1. Avoid installing the machine near water pumps, high-power radios, frequency converters, i.e., locations with strong magnetic fields and noise interference;

2. Select a uniform and dense pipe section that facilitates ultrasonic wave transmission;

3. There should be a sufficiently long straight pipe section. The upstream straight pipe section should be greater than 10D (Note: D = diameter), and the downstream straight pipe section should be greater than 5D;

4. The upstream distance from the water pump should be at least 30D;

5. The fluid should completely fill the pipeline;

6. There should be sufficient space around the pipeline for on-site personnel to operate.
