Note: Burrs, welding scars, welding slag or sealing pad convex into the inner wall of the pipe, directly lead to the loss of the straight pipe section, must be eliminated. Otherwise, unacceptable measurement errors will result. The smaller the diameter of the flowmeter, the stronger the impact;
3. The welded flange should be carefully adjusted to ensure that the end face of the flange is perpendicular to the axis of the process pipe and the flange is concentric with the process pipe;
Note: In addition to the vortex flowmeter body can be directly welded with the pipeline products, must not connect the flange and vortex flowmeter directly welded with the process pipeline, because continuous full welding will produce high temperature, will lead to the sensor in the piezoelectric crystal permanently lost piezoelectric ability, so that the sensor is completely scrapped!
4. Confirm that the flow sign of the vortex flowmeter is consistent with the flow direction of the fluid. Put flanges, gaskets, flowmeters, with the bolts are concentrically clamped and connected into one body;
5. Diagonal tighten the nut, and finally tighten in turn to ensure that the force of each screw is uniform, the sealing joint surface is parallel, and the sealing is reliable;
6. Complete the cable connection.
