Installation and operation requirements of tubular ultrasonic flowmeter:

 

1. The location and orientation of the device are determined according to demand, but the electrode shaft is necessary to be horizontal;

 

2. It is necessary to ground to reduce the introduction of disturbing signals. There are two requirements for grounding, one is that the ground line of the sensor and the converter must be connected with the measured medium, and the other is to take the earth as zero potential;

 

3. In order to avoid disturbing the signal, the signal line between the sensor and the converter is necessary to use a special shielding wire, and wear it alone in the grounding steel pipe, and the signal cable and the power cable can not be placed in the same steel pipe;

 

4. When the flowmeter device is underground, it is necessary to set the surface well;

 

5. The instability of the medium activity has no effect on the measured value, so the device flow timing has no special requirements for the front and back straight pipe section.
