1. Cleaning and maintenance:

(a) Regularly check the sensor and pipeline for impurities, dirt blockage and other problems, and clean. Use a soft cloth or brush to remove attachments and avoid the use of chemical solvents to avoid damage to the sensor.

(b) Check whether the sensor is firmly fixed. If it is loose, tighten the screws in time.

(c) Clean the display screen and buttons to avoid dust, oil and other substances affecting operation and observation.

2. Regular calibration:

(a) Perform regular calibration operations according to the manufacturer's recommendation to ensure the accuracy of the flow meter. In general, calibration can be carried out through the calibration function that comes with the system, or by a professional technician.

(b) Temperature calibration: Some ultrasonic flowmeters require temperature calibration to ensure accurate temperature measurement.

3. Inspection and maintenance:

(a) Periodically check whether the ultrasonic sensor is in good condition, especially the sensor panel and probe.

(b) Check whether the cable connection is good and eliminate measurement errors caused by connection problems.

(c) If faults or anomalies are found, suppliers or maintenance personnel should be contacted in a timely manner to repair or replace parts.

4. Maintain a suitable work environment:

(a) Avoid exposure to extreme temperatures, humidity or corrosive gases, so as not to affect the performance and life of the flow meter.

(b) Protection from physical shock and vibration to prevent damage to mechanical components.

(c) Periodically check the power supply and grounding system to ensure stable power supply and good grounding.
