How To choose the proper materials of the lining?
We should choose the lining materials according to the corrosivity, abrasion and temperature of the measured medium.
1. Rubber has excellent elasticity, high breaking force and good wear-resisting function. And it can resist the corrosion of the ordinary weak acids and weak alkalies. It can measure the water, sewage, mud and mineral pulp, etc.
2. PU has excellent wear-resisting function, but its acid resistance and alkali resistance function is weak. And it can measure coal slury, mud and mineral pulp, etc.
3. PTFE is resistant to hydrochloric acid, sulfuric acid, nitric acid, concentrated alkali and various organic solvents. and it has good wear-resisting function and weak bonding function.
