1. Ultrasonic flowmeter sensor installed at the top and bottom of the horizontal pipe sediment disturb ultrasonic signals. Solution: Install sensors on both sides of the pipe.

2. The ultrasonic flowmeter sensor is installed in the pipeline with the water flow down, and the pipe is not filled with fluid. Solution: Mount the sensor on a fluid-filled pipe section.

3. There are devices that make the flow pattern strongly shake, such as: Venturi tube, orifice plate, vortex flowmeter, turbine flowmeter or some closed valves, which are just within the scale of sensor emission and acceptance, so that the reading is not accurate. Solution: Install the sensor at a place far away from the device. The upstream and downstream of the sensor are 30 days away from the device and 10 days away from the device.

4. Ultrasonic flowmeter input pipe diameter and pipe diameter does not match. Solution: Correct the pipe diameter and make it match.
