(1) Confirm whether the cause is due to employee operation, and whether the fluid is indeed pulsing. In this case, the flowmeter will only accurately reflect the fluctuating flow conditions. The malfunction will disappear once the pulsation ends;
(2) Electromagnetic interference caused by external currents, etc. Check whether there are large electrical appliances or welding machines operating in the instrumentation environment. Confirm that the instrument is properly grounded and that the operating environment is good;
(3) Proper grounding of the electromagnetic flowmeter can prevent the influence of most stray currents in the pipeline;
(4) When the pipeline is not fully filled with the measured liquid or the liquid contains bubbles, both of which are caused by process reasons. In this case, you can ask employees to confirm. After the liquid is full or the bubbles subside, the output value can return to normal;
(5) The converter circuit board of the flowmeter is a plug-in structure. Due to the large measurement pipeline or fluid vibration on site, it is often caused by the flowmeter's power board looseness. If it is loose, the flowmeter converter can be disassembled and the circuit board fixed properly.
