Routine maintenance of turbine flowmeter is as follows:
1. Make regular inspection on time to check whether the connection and connection of flowmeter, secondary instrument, transmitter, sensor and flow computer are correct and reliable; Measure whether there is any other noise and knocking on the circuit, and whether there is any crude oil leakage at the connection point.
2. Clean the filter every quarter. The pressure difference on the filter should not exceed 0.05MPa.

4. The common flow range is 70~80% of the maximum flow, the maximum flow is 120% of the maximum allowable flow, but the overload time cannot exceed 30 minutes, the minimum flow is not lower than the working limit of the flowmeter.
5. If there is significant deviation in the measured data of the turbine flowmeter, the turbine flowmeter can be cleaned as required. The specific steps are: disassemble the flowmeter after the power failure, and then stand up the flowmeter, with clean gasoline or other detergent, filling into the inlet, continuous cycle cleaning, until the impeller in the blowing table rotation flexible.
