2. Instantaneous flow greater than the practice value
The reason for this problem is generally because of the shortcomings of the transducer acoustic wedge, and the transducer needs to be replaced;
3. Instantaneous flow has a large fluctuation
The reason for this problem is mainly because the fluid is disturbed, causing its flow state to appear unstable, or the pipe type ultrasonic flowmeter host does not set the damping coefficient to the specified scale, so that its value is small. When dealing with such problems, the position of the transducer can be adjusted. Secondly, the damping coefficient needs to be increased;
4. Instantaneous and cumulative flow is different
The main reason for such problems is generally that the pipe type ultrasonic flowmeter host presents problems, which need to be dealt with by replacing the host.
