Maintenance of electrode of electromagnetic flowmeter

1. Before using the electromagnetic flowmeter, calibrate it with a standard PH solution. After calibration before operation, we must pay attention to the first use of distilled water to clean the electrode of the electromagnetic flowmeter again, and then clean the electrode again with measuring liquid cleaning.

2. If you do not use the electromagnetic flowmeter, when you take off the electrode of the electromagnetic flowmeter, pay attention not to let the electrode touch and hard object collision, otherwise as long as there is damage will affect the use of the electrode.

3. After the end of the use of electromagnetic flowmeter, to put the electrode of the electromagnetic flowmeter to cover, which put a small amount of saturated solution, as long as the electrode bubble is wet, remember not to soak in distilled water.

4. Usually pay attention to the electrode to keep clean, do not let it on both sides of the output short circuit, otherwise it will make the measurement is not accurate, affect the use of electromagnetic flowmeter.
