  • Industrial pressure transmitter for liquid measurement smart type

    The RP series pressure/differential pressure transmitter is a new generation of product that developed by FlowT company on the basis of metal capacitance pressure transmitter combined with modern digital chip technology. On the principle of sensor signal transmitting, it adopts isolation digital capacitance circuit to replace traditional analog signal amplifier circuit and A/D conversion circuit. It uses the digital compensation technique to compensate temperature and static pressure, which improves the measuring accuracy and reduces the temperature drift. And it has the features of long-term stability, high reliability and diagnosis capability.


    ●Wide measurement range: 0-0.2kPa~41.37MPa.

    ●Accuracy is better than 0.075%, and measurement ratio is better than 100:1.

    ●It realizes the electrical isolation, and eliminates effect of grounding, at the same time.

    ●Its anti-interference design improves the anti-interference performance, and makes it have strong anti-interference ability in the field.

    ●Its core circuits are placed inside sensor, and they are wholly sealed, which made them have super reliability.

    ●Little temperature drift: when do temperature compensation for transmitter, circuit and sensor are in the same temperature and do the same compensation. So the compensation is better, and which reduces the temperature drifted.

    ●Setting zero or measurement range has no effect on each other.

    ●Powerful field configuration: zero, full scale, display, unit, upper and lower limit of range, and damping and so on, can be set.

    ●There is nonvolatile memory inside sensor.

    ●Good stability, high accuracy, adjustable damping, and strong resistance ability to one-way overload.

    ●Two-wire system, according with HART ® protocol, and without interrupting analog output, it can do digital communication with HART®.

    ●Without mechanical moving parts, less maintenance workload, and strong resistance to vibration

    ●Material of medium contacting diaphragm is optional, and explosion-proof housing is optional.
